We store only what we need to run your account and improve the product: your email address, your saved rates and build-ups, your message counts (to apply your plan allowance), and the questions you ask the assistant together with which kind of answer we gave (for example, a published rate, an estimate, or an unverified answer). We do this so we can see which construction rates people actually need and where our answers fall short. We do not store the full answers we return, and we do not store your questions to build a profile of you.
Payment is handled by Stripe. We do not store your card details; Stripe processes and holds payment data under its own terms.
We use your data to run your account, serve and save your build-ups, and count usage against your plan. We do not sell your data. It is shared only with our processors: Stripe (payments), and our email and hosting providers. [Draft — the owner will confirm the named sub-processors.]

We keep your account data while your account is active. We keep the questions-and-answer-type records for up to 90 days, after which they are deleted or aggregated into anonymous demand counts.
