Estimate Anything provides AI-generated UK construction budget rates and editable Excel build-ups, on a free tier and paid monthly subscriptions (Starter and Professional). Every rate is a first-principles main-contractor budget estimate.
Rates are indicative budget figures, not quotations and not a substitute for professional cost advice. You are responsible for verifying figures before you rely on them in a tender or contract.
Sign-in is by magic link (no password). One account per email address, with the message allowance of your plan. Do not share your account or resell access to the underlying database.
Paid plans are billed monthly by Stripe and renew until cancelled. You can cancel any time from the Stripe customer portal; see the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
To the extent permitted by law, Estimate Anything is provided “as is”; we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on an indicative rate. [Draft — the owner will have this limitation-of-liability clause checked.]
