What is it
The supply and laying of a single skin of 140 mm aircrete (autoclaved aerated) blockwork of 3.6 N/mm² grade to a vertical wall, priced per m² of wall face. The aircrete block is a lightweight thermal AAC unit — the common choice for insulating inner leaves and internal load-bearing walls where thermal performance and fast single-hand laying matter.
