The supply and laying of a single skin of 140 mm lightweight-aggregate blockwork of 3.6 N/mm² grade to a vertical wall, priced per m² of wall face. A lightweight expanded-clay aggregate block (Plasmor Fibolite class) — specified for insulating inner leaves and partitions where a lighter, better-insulating unit than dense aggregate is wanted. Laid on traditional sand-cement mortar. One finish is priced:
